About Sean Haley
Residential appraiser in Florida since 1993.
I started appraising homes in 1993. In the 33 years since, I have valued property in every corner of Northeast Florida, from first homes in Orange Park to oceanfront houses in Ponte Vedra and rural acreage in Baker County. I also appraise in Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Most of my work comes from banks, credit unions and mortgage lenders. I also work directly for homeowners, for-sale-by-owner sellers and buyers, attorneys and estates.
I am a Florida state-certified residential appraiser. I work independently, so my only job is an honest, well-supported opinion of value. I do not sell real estate and I have no interest in the outcome.
Every report is written to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the national standard that lenders, courts and the IRS rely on.
I work by phone and email and come to the property for the inspection. There is no walk-in office.
