The content on this site is general information. It is not an appraisal and not an opinion of value for any property. An appraisal exists only when I have agreed to an assignment in writing, inspected the property where required and delivered a signed report.
No client relationship from the form
Sending the request form does not create an appraisal assignment. I will contact you to confirm the purpose, fee and timing first.
Intended use
Each appraisal report is prepared for the client and intended use named in it. Nobody else may rely on it without my written consent.
