This site belongs to Sean Haley, certified residential appraiser. This page explains what information the site collects and what happens to it.
What you send me
When you use the request form, you give your name, phone number and the property address. That goes to me by email so I can call you back about the appraisal. A copy is kept in a private database so a request is not lost if an email fails. I use it only to respond to you and to do the work you ask for. I do not sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile looks at information about your browser and connection to make that decision. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google sets cookies to do this. You can opt out with Google's opt-out tool.
Keeping and deleting your information
I keep requests as long as needed to respond and to meet record-keeping rules for appraisers. To see or delete what I have, email sean@realestateappraiser.co or call (904) 400-1630.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
